It is only the second day of September, but fall is certainly in the air. Before the occasional cool breeze turns into a drop in temperature, I said goodbye to one type of summer style, and hello to a new fall flavor. As I take a moment to annoint the new fall season with my favorite Arizona drink, I think about the months ahead, and what adventures lie in wait. Fall is a time when everything starts anew, especially in New York City. And like most years in recent memory, the summer months again, seem to last just a few weeks longer. The warm weather wil eventually subside, beginning to overstay her welcome like a lingering houseguest. A celebrated indian summer is drastically cut short, and reality steps in with a cold front. But before any of that happens, for a brief, beautiful moment, we have pumpkins, skulls, foliage, sweater weather, and our own personal versions of fall classics. Mine begins with a goodbye to summer; goodbye to my favorite minty maxi, and hello to new layers, olors, and new and classic favorites. Like my go-to drink, Arizona iced tea (in lemon flavor) and my new accessories I scored since I started working with them. Not only did I get to check out some of my already favorite goodies, but some fun, new things that I plan on rocking well into the future, no matter what the temperature or the season may bring. But more on that to come. This season, enjoy some fall fun, but keep the classics, and always stay true to your favorites.
